bohemia.a baia (a bohemian by the bay) - the simple summary of my life as a writer. Often found writing books in front of Causeway bay in an air-conditioned sun hyped by caffeine in the afternoon and Chardonnay in the evening and champers after payday. 

Left the river: Cam, Medlock and Thames where I was educated and trained for a corporate legal career in the English and Welsh courts... for a writer life.

Influenced by Sam Bain and Jesse Armstrong - my fellow Mancunians by university education. 'Peep Show' was there for me from homesickness to Brexit and pandemic. O, Joy! (sarcasm intended)

Definitely still enjoying replaying all the Ricky Gervais, Stephen Merchant and Karl Pilkington at XFM.
