Why did they even buy their own apartments when he knew that they sneak back inside the Manor to sleep anyway? Pfft. They thought they could hide that fact from him? He knew that those little lovely pests sneak back almost every single night to sleep in their own private rooms. Perhaps, only for an hour, then they’ll sneak back out. Sometimes, he even caught them opening Bruce’s door to watch him sleep.

I'm not sure of the final count, but to give you an idea of pacing, I estimate 17-20 chapters total. My original estimate was 4 chapters, so that gives you an idea of how good I am at estimates.
