                    Love is like hypertonic, you give all your love and attention to someone but it's still not enough
                    In hypotonic, you keep your attention to someone but then you realize its not right so you lessen your attention to him/her 
                    In Isotonic, Both of you gave your attention to each other, have the same love given to each other or in short you gave your feelings equally. That is why is it connected.
