Random, semi-poetic thought of the day:
          
          Sometimes life can pull out all your grounding right from underneath your feet, and you need a hand to hold to stop you falling into the hole left behind.
          
          Sometimes the hand you choose to hold can drop you further, but sometimes the hand you choose can lift you up too.
