@dobrienly do what makes you happy. Go do skincare, or cuddle up in your favorite blanket and watch a movie or read a book. Don't look in the mirror for a few days, and you'll find that not analyzing every inch of your face 24/7 does help a lot. Personally, I often write everything bothering me about myself and when I look at it written down, i realize it's all just stupid little things nobody notices expect me.
