      so i havent been the most active on wattpad for a some time now (2 ½ years), and i think its because no one else really has either, and now one of my favorite authors has deleted their account (or its just not showing up) and tbh im debating doing the same.
          
                when i first got this app, i really wanted to start writing but as life would have it i never really got around to that, for reasons that will remain undisclosed. wattpad has helped me through so much in my life and i dont know who id be without it, but frankly, this isnt the same app as it was when i downloaded it just as im no longer the same person, a lot changes in 5 years (there used to not even be ads qwq). thats not to say i dont still come here occasionally but i also have started using a03 for most fics. 
          
                however, there are a lot of good fics here that im struggling to imagine parting with and as someone who has wanted to be a writer since elementary school, i want to start writing. now whether thats here or elsewhere depends but my life has changed drastically since 2021 started, hell, even since 2020, (that was the prep stage lol) and i cant say where itll take me because i dont know yet but hopefully itll be a good one for once. 
          
                if anyone cares at all, lmk what u think i should do or questions or whatever.
          
          (honestly i have a lot more to say but im a little high rn and my thoughts are scrambled)
          
          i know nobody will read this but typing things out helps me think,
               tldr anyways,; im either deleting my account or starting a book

so yeah i know that doesn’t help, but remember you have this account for you. do what you want, not what anyone else wants. you wanna keep it incase you might-maybe-one-day? all good. even if you ghost it ❤️
