Gabriel Warren is a healthcare consultant from Tallahassee, Florida. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in History with a Minor in Political Science from Duke University in 2006, working for the athletic department while completing his studies.

Gabriel pursued law at Vanderbilt University Law School, where he was recognized as a Dean's Scholar. He participated in Mock Trial, Moot Court, and the International Law Practice Lab, and volunteered with the Legal Aid Society. He earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence in May 2010.

During law school, Gabriel gained professional experience at The Constitution Project in Washington, D.C., as an intern for Judge Eugene E. Siler, Jr., and at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Western District of North Carolina. In 2009, he worked as a Summer Associate at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein, focusing on research and legal writing.

At Rutledge Ecenia P.A., Gabriel represented healthcare providers and other regulated businesses. His work included advising on compliance, licensing, reimbursement, and enforcement, particularly in healthcare, gaming, and alcohol industries.

Gabriel supports causes such as America's Second Harvest, the Nature Conservancy, and the Legal Aid Foundation of Tallahassee. He remains involved with local schools, Duke University, and environmental organizations. In his personal life, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Sarah, and daughter, Tinsley, as well as golfing, fishing, and traveling.
