I'm in need of some story ideas. I have a few that I think are good but not exactly and I don't want to publish them just yet. Does anyone have any ideas?

@TooWeird4You Me and my irl friend are working on a "story" now but they didn't really tell me they wanted it to be a story until after I showed them the complete thing. So I made it into a one-shot. 
            
            As for the genres,  I mainly write romance but I'm trying to do other genres and it's almost always in someone's house in the present day

            Of course. I’ll be glad to help. It really depends on what your style, preference and maybe even general idea for your next book.
            
            Either horror, romance, sci-Fi, fantasy.
            And how many love interests.
            Then you have decide if you want it to be in school, a mafia gang thing, an apocalypse, futuristic idea, and all that. Just some basic ideas.
