I realized how much I have grown as a writer and as much as I want to update my stories, I can't... yet. I want to put 100% into my work, but writing has seemed more like a chore than soemthing I want to do. I've always wanted a career as an author, but I understand how hard it is. An author once told me, "You can't write because you're inspired. You have to write because you want to. If you wait for inspiration, you may never write." That really hit me. So, I have been working hard to write and actually finish. It's really hard to write when I am facing my own battles and stuggling with life. Now I''m getting back to my writing and I finally understand what the author told me. I can't wait for inspiration. I haven't really been inspired but wanting to write is driving me to even I get stuck because like the author once said, "I don't do writer's block." I'm working hard to deliver what I know I can accomplish. I may post a different story before I finish the one I started, but I want you all (even though it's not a lot) to see what I can accomplish as a 15 year old writer. I am so proud of what I was able to achieve because of my highschool teacher making us write a novella for her class. I will publish the piece on here and Inkitt. I will be removing my other stories for the time being. I will republish some of them once I feel they're at their best. Thank you for taking time out of your day to read this. It really means alot.
