Um actually

Hey so I need an opinion! I was just scolded and told I wasn't allowed to write a story that takes place in England because I'm an American. It's not like it's a non fiction piece, it's literally a gay fanfiction about Harry Styles being a teenage assassin. I knew I would've gotten hate for writing them as Americans so I chose to write them as English but it seems I was bound to get hate either way. I'm trying my best to educate myself on their laws and schooling systems but apparently I'm being disrespectful.  I just wanted to have fun and share my writing with other people. I really want input on this!

For the few people who have been so kind to read my story there is a long juicy chapter in the works. Should be published in a day or two
