Nothing beats getting a sudden letter from family you haven’t spoken to in five years after an incident to give you the worst case of writer’s block. I’m writing a letter back and it has drained me of enthusiasm to set up my novel :(
I’m still excited for this project, but the fact that it’s moving at a crawl is a bit annoying. But I am going to stay commuted to this so help me god.

And a demerit for being tardy.
This is a school version of twelve days of Christmas. I got it with my school paper and thought it would be worth a good laugh.

I FINALLY CRACKED HOW RICK RIORDAN MAKES HIS FUNNY JOKES!!!!
Starting with the ‘dam’ jokes in the third Percy Jackson book: Titan’s Curse. Mark Griswald and his family go on a tour for HOOVER DAM(where the jokes take place) and the pun ‘Dam’ is used several times in the scene.
Then, Lester Papadopoulos from his other series Trials of Apollo. His last name is suspiciously close to to the fake name Mark Griswald’s son, Rusty, made so he could be marked an adult and gambled (it was Pappagiorgio)
