For over 10 years, I, the founder of Jonathan Harfield Fitness, have been completely dedicated to helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. This year I finally took the plunge, and established my own company in order to provide people looking to make a change with bespoke fitness plans, including diet and nutrition advice. For this reason, I am incredibly interested in reading books and content on fitness and nutrition to not only improve my knowledge, but also to provide my clients with latest and best information possible. The aim is to eventually start posting my own content in order to share ideas with people within the same industry.

Jonathan Harfield Fitness may have truly started while I was a schoolboy whose interest in physical fitness was piqued by playing sports with my friends and classmates. Since that time, this interest has developed into a life passion which has been cemented by not only a degree in Sports Science, but a Master of Science in Nutrition and Biomedicine. It is this passion and technical know-how, along with my avid reading on all books health and fitness related, that allows me to tailor the best possible fitness plan for all of my clients, in order to help them reach their goals and objectives.

At Jonathan Harfield Fitness, my clients are fully guaranteed a fitness programme that takes into consideration their strengths and weaknesses, as well as any problem areas they wish to address during their journey. I believe in a holistic approach that takes not only exercise into account, but a client's diet and overall wellbeing too. It is for this reason that I actively choose to read books on psychology and mindfulness, so that I can help clients not only improve their fitness levels, but state of mind too. In truth, one cannot be fixed without addressing the other, so I looked forward to reading content that will help me have a better understanding of how to improve the whole.
