Happy New Year, darlings! My boyfriend and I are officially a year and a half together which we're both extremely excited about. We had to say goodbye to our 16 year old Cocker Spaniel Nattie on November 26th, 2025. We grieved and held each other close. December 23rd of 2025, we got a new Cocker Spaniel puppy that we named Ember Fawn and she's got her own sassy personality and bright green eyes and she loves to cuddle with both of us but she has a lil biting/gnawing habit that we're training her on. She's gorgeous and she seems to know that her older sister, Nattie sent her to us, she has the same vendetta against kitchen towels that Nattie had and she also likes to hear her Momma(me) sing and she likes to sing along. I hope that all of you have a much better and easier year and I hope that whoever you are grieving for, that it gets easier as time heals your wounds and remember to be kind to yourself. Love all of you and please remember that you matter.

My boyfriend and I just put down our Babydoll, Nattie this afternoon, she has been loved and spoiled for 16 years and she will always be my first daughter, my first Cocker Spaniel. Until her, I had only had boy dogs, rest in paradise, my Babydoll, until the three of us meet again, say hi to your Uncle Shawn and Auntie Leonna for me. And please tell Mia, Maggie, Troy, Ming, June, Phoenix and Atlas to share the endless steaks with you up there in Heaven. Hope you're running through iridescent ocean waves, trotting through fields of purple roses and eating whatever your beautiful heart desires. Rest in power, my Babydoll, Mommy and Daddy love you always and forever.
