hey guys, uhh anyone else ever had a mental breakdown...? if so, does anyone have tic that they cant controll while your having a mental break down? i dont know why but i have a mental breakdown almost everyday now.... sometimes several times a day, and for some reason i have these weird tic that i cant control, they hurt.... i pull on my hair and hit my hand my head, over, and over, and over again..... it hurts so badly........ anyone else?
