Hi everyone!
I just saw that "You're Mine" has surpassed 100k+ reads and I can truly never thank you guys enough! It has been my very first venture on Wattpad as someone who was brought to this platform by school friends and as someone who had literally no experience in writing (or to put it well, no interest rather).
"You're Mine" honestly started off as a figment of my dream and a school essay titled, "If fictions could be reality." Me being obsessed with the "mafia" trope during that time was what led to the birth of this plot as a mere 2 paged essay and later a full fledged fanfiction under peer pressure (friends can be really annoying).
Seeing the plot of a then 13 yr old getting the immense love has been overwhelming. The new passion of writing in me has been born, thanks to you guys and thanks to my friends who encouraged me throughout my journey of first writing, although it was literal crap and cringe now that I read it a few days back, haha.
Therefore, I have decided to edit my very first fanfiction in a way so it's more tolerable and has a better grammar and vocab. "You're Mine" is currently under editing, don't worry, the plot remains the same, just with some refined dialogues.

@kookies_babie for starters, you're mine is a gem for a 13 year old. turning a 2 page essay into a whole story is no joke, and you deserve every ounce of support you received for it (& the upcoming support too!) as for the cringe, it's not. writing develops with time and the more you write the better you get. it was your first book ever, cut yourself some slack bcoz every first draft is an absolute menace XD looking forward to many more stories from you and congratulations on your increasing base! lot's of love <33

@kookies_babie you deserve every ounce of it girl! glad you joined this app cuz honestly, your works are one of my damn favs and idk why you haven't got the popularity which you so deserve, like people! where are you all at? also, You're Mine was my very fanfic that I read when I joined wattpad and ngl, to now know that it was an idea made by a 13yr old, damn author! you're one such overly talented writers! love you and always here to support till the end! we've got your back!

@kookies_babie honestly, we as friends have no regrets for that tho. you've as always proved yourself to be talented in any field you choose. and dude, it's not bad or cringe! You're Mine has literally been the best teen fiction I have read as far as the plot is concerned considering you brainstormed it at mere 13 yrs of age. yeah the grammatical errors can always be overlooked and corrected. no doubt your style of writing has evolved way too much for the good and literally am so excited to re-read the edited version.
