Hey, y’all! I’m still alive, don’t worry. Spring break flew by and I’m back on the grind to finish up my last semester of the year. Saltwater & Sugar is NOT discontinued, I simply haven’t had the time to sit down and write.
I’m currently in the IB diploma course with some AP classes sprinkled in there. Not fun. But once I end the year off on a good note, I’ll come right back here to give you guys the ending you deserve. ;)

You are so sweet! Thank you, I love that you love my writing. <3 Because of the lack of Bee and Puppycat content, let me know if you’d like to see anything in particular in S&S and I’d be happy to try to incorporate it.
I just know that rereading everything and editing it in like 6 months is going to kill me. I catch so many repeating words and repetitive phrases while I’m editing. It makes me upset, but because I struggle with motivation I just tell myself to write now and think later. Hopefully it isn’t too awful to read. </3

Good news though - chapter five is fully finished and written. It just needs to be edited, and then I'll feed every single one of you Wesley lovers. I know you exist. I love you.
@phetiamwantip Thank you! I gotta admit, the cafe’s gonna be less of a focus now (at least when it comes to writing parts about Wesley). I mostly used it as a springboard to make a backstory for (Y/N). I’ll definitely try to incorporate a good chunk of your ideas—namely the aquarium—into some chapters, or at least mention them in passing, but no promises.
I can't wait to read chapter 5 and also, I already add some new ideas in your previous chapter 4 to go along with your chapter 5 story.
I've fallen behind on my writing schedule due to school and other stuff. Hopefully, the next chapter of Saltwater & Sugar will be posted this Saturday? Sunday? Maybe even tomorrow? I still need to edit a large portion of chapter five (and other already published chapters), but I'll try my best!

Not trying to spoil anything, but I just found out that Wesley's bedroom is covered on three sides by fish tanks? LMFAOO?

Just posted chapter 4 of Saltwater & Sugar, and now I'm thinking that maybe I should have more than 12 chapters. I wanna squeeze in more slowburn and silly antics. I already had plans for how I wanted to end the book, but now I want to leave it open for a sequel in case another season of Bee and Puppycat comes out in a year or two. Making a conclusive ending is so tough when the show you're basing the fanfic off of left on a cliffhanger. :(
On the bright side, now I'm brainrotting over how Howell is canonically trans. According to Natasha herself, my gorgeous husband is FTM and I think I love him even more now.

@l4veletters maybe you can leave it as a hopeful ending? where they don't know what's gonna happen next, but they are looking forward to the future?
