Hey, I remember offering to fill in the interview form earlier, but I have a question: I fit into the community in sexual, romantic, and gender orientations, so could I fill them in for all three? And if I can, do I need separate forms, or do I just use the same form? (I'm loving the MOGAI Guide so far, BTW!)

@FuherSatanGod You can fill it all out on the same form :) Anything you don't mind sharing would be great. If you submit the form, I'll probably just include the answers in every chapter that it applies to. Thanks!
