@of_her_randomness Awe, np! I really loved the concept of the story, probably because the fandom thinks that Adrien and Mari HAVE to end up together. However, it's not true. Although the ship is canon, it does get tiring after a while to read extremely good stories, but for all of them to have the same endings. I think your book was a nice change, and that people ought to get out of the same AUs they're reading and read your book (Not saying other AUs are bad, but this one is different, and I admire it for that exact reason. I've found other good AUs but this book is one of the best, by far, I've read.) It's gonna be hard trying to find other books that interest me, perhaps I'll read your other book and try to get over the emotional rollercoaster (I love rollercoasters. If I think your book is an emotional rollercoaster, it's a compliment.) It reminds me of Transparent, which, although it is destined to have a normal ending, the plot is so well written. I really enjoyed Transparent, just as I did with Soulmates and What We Expect. I think I was a little emotional after reading it, and, let me just say, if a book gets me to bawl my eyes out while clapping, it deserves to, not only be on my recommendations list, but to be printed out, read by royalty, and to be taken to a billion conventions. And I'll be waiting for you to sign it, by the way. Tysm for making the me so freaking happy - Lizzie
