@changingforever I feel ya. It's taken me nearly 20 years but finally I realise when I'm due: basically I get super emotional 3 days before and cry about nothing at all. Then I think, 'ohhhhh okay this isn't normal'. Cos imma bout to bleed. 
            Get some snacks and a hot water bottle and show that uterus who's boss!
