I'm Paul, or the Mighty Halfdan when I am re-enacting as a Viking. I was born in Perth, Western Australia and lived here all of my nearly 6 decades. My wife and I have travelled a lot, visiting the UK, France and USA a few times as well as Hong Kong and Singapore. My working career has always been about accounts and bills, with no room for self expression or creativity. Yet I always loved to tell stories, beginning as far back as my childhood when I recounted invented tales for my siblings when we lay in our beds on holidays. As I grew older I would write long winded stories and essays for class assignments. Once I wrote and directed a radio-play my classmates and I performed in parts over the school's PA system each morning.
In adulthood I created many of my own worlds for RPGs and ran endless sessions for my fellow gamers. 
The common thread was all of those tales were either fantasy or sci-fi, often a blend of both. Just over a year ago I decided it was time to start putting all these ideas down 'on paper' as it were. So far I have written 8 related stories that amount to 1200 pages of text. A few friends have read my stuff and declared it Okay, so I am now going to inflict it on the world. Please enjoy.
