I'm so baffled by applyfics —especially in the kpop community— where every slot is assigned the same gender, making all relationships heterosexual by default. I refuse to hear any excuses from authors who don't want to write wlw or mlm relationships, when it's clearly straight up homophobia.   
            
          to make it even worse, forcing even nonbinary ocs to use female faceclaims in the great 2026? wow okay, it's pretty obvious at this point...
