If you check the summary of the story, it is clearly written that all the credits goes to the original author and @pjkvenus was translating it only after getting permission from @K_M_R Leda.
I know that this story hasn’t been updated in a very long while so I don’t know what happened, maybe the original author stopped allowing translations now but at least the credits were mentioned since the beginning.
