Now I really feel like shit. I don’t know how I’m gonna make it to Friday. I’m struggling and there’s so much going on, I’m just so confused.

I feel so sick. So hungry. I feel like I could collapse any second. I feel weak and powerless, but I remind myself that it's for the best when I feel my ribs. It's quite satisfying.
