Summary of The Girl Across The Street- Jackson goes day by day, bored with life until he becomes fascinated by his older neighbor(Marina)  and her relationship with her even older boyfriend (Brandon). One night, Jackson finds himself spending time with this neighbor and befriends her and her boyfriend. Time goes by and Jackson is put in situations out of his comfort zone, from parties and music festivals to girls and drugs. Eventually it becomes time for Brandon to leave for college, making it hard for his relationship with marina to work, leaving marina devastated and a little out of it, luckily Jack is there for her.

Sorry for all of the confusion, I took some chapters out of the girl across the street and added the chapters from the girl across the street, people weren't reading the authors note and thought the story had ended but #spoiler marina and Brandon's future is starting to look brighter, sorry if you were rooting for marina and jack
