i haven't really talked about this much so far because it's a journey i'm still early into and everything but i've lost five pounds so far (two and a half weeks), which isn't a lot BUT it's a start, and it's been really motivating for me to keep trying to better myself. i've struggled with bad habits regarding my health my whole life due to my mental health and how my parents were really bad binge eaters, so my weight's always fluctuated really badly. idk this is the first time i've really STUCK to it instead of letting myself lose motivation and get into my head a lot
