Can anybody help me find this book I love but didn't save to my library for some odd reason. It's about a black scientist who built a time machine, but during an earthquake, she was sent to the time of slavery and sold to a master. He bought her because she was gorgeous and rolled her eyes at the auction. He has a nephew/son and a crazy wife or girlfriend. The scientist friend tries to bring her back but the master keeps getting jealous. Please help!!!!
