About Me: I grew up in a small town in California where there wasn't much to do aside from reading, writing, or hiking. I'm not much of a hiker, so I fell into reading and I fell in love with stories. I decided from a young age that I wanted to take others on emotional journeys the way other writers did for me. 

I have been writing original stories since I was 11 years old. The Elemental stems from an idea I had as a pre-teen about kids with special abilities and a heroic boy named Johnny in a red Mustang. It took over a decade of working on other projects for me to revisit the idea and form it into something coherent with a plot and fleshed out characters, but now here we are! 

I'm grateful to be here as a Watty winner, and though I'm shy and awkward I appreciate every single one of your comments. I have stayed up late watching the notifications of people voting on chapters as they read and it gives me so much joy to know that I'm able to bring someone else along on the ride. Don't be afraid to reach out if you have any questions about the story or even unexplored lore! There is a whole world in my head that I'm eager to share with anyone who will listen.
