So, about me. I'm a geek. I watch a lot of movies, and that has a big influence on my stories. I write most genres, but prefer horror or supernatural. I don't like to have my stories take themselves too seriously. There needs to be a little bit of fun. Snappy dialogue is to be expected. Is meta its own genre yet? It should be.
I think the most important part of writing is to capture the journey you want people to take in your story. Whether the journey is plot-centric or character-centric, it's important to get that across.
