HAPPY NEW YEAR!
(Sorry I'm late, we had a huge storm that fucked up the WiFi (literally, it blew a short circuit or something and the modem is broken now) and the other WiFi is really bad (but of course it's working now, thank God) )
I'm sure we can all agree that 2020 has been a lot. And it has, but for myself, it's been a lot in a good way.
I mean, for everybody in general, it sucked. And of course I witnessed that, but personally, it's been a good year.
I'm honestly gonna miss it a little.
2020 changed me, all for the better. And I learnt things about myself I never knew before.
I met my best friends. With one of them, we'd been friends for 7 years prior to the past one, but we only really got to know each other now. And the other, well, when we first met we hated each other. And I couldn't be happier.
I learnt who my true friends are. The ones who won't run away when I'm in trouble, or make it worse. The ones who know I'd never try to hurt them, so they don't hate me when or if I accidentally do.
I learnt that I can fall in love. And that it's not stupid, because I've found the right person in my life, and I'd give anything to be with them.
I learnt a lot. And so my personality grew and changed. It's like making a new friend. And now I have 3 best friends instead of 2.
And I'm really excited for this year. Maybe it's because I can't wait to attempt my New Year's resolutions. (Let's be honest, it probably is). Maybe it's because I can call myself fourteen. Maybe it's because I'm one step closer to 2025. We'll never know. ;)
So I ask only this of you,
What will you do to fix the mistakes of 2020?
✨ also please could someone start doing something about climate change please and thank you start caring about the Earth we walk on ffs ✨

@queer_as_can_be waffles sounds nice Normally my family's breakfast is chocolates and sweets from our stockings XD (honestly can't remember if they're called stockings or not- uhh, singular-socks-hanging-above-the-fireplace?) *shudder* family gatherings are the WORST! especially when the fun people don't come

@hatTayayGayitchBay mmky we're talking pre covid Favorite is waffles for breakfast with my grandparents then i go home with them and we relax until supper Least favorite is ALWAYS seeing my extended family on my dads side like EXTENDED extended he could tell me we just crashed a random place and i probably would've felt the same! Mom doesn't come though so thats fun (sarcasm she's fun at parties)
