          Brandon Bernard was executed at 9:27 pm on Thursday, December 10th for a crime he committed when he was barely 18. Information was withheld from the jury. 5/9 of the surviving jurors say that if they had been given that information, they would have voted against death. He was in a gang, scared for his well being.
