the username valynfaedra has been officially retired! we are now known as valynandashlyn because we are both running the account!

ok so some of the new erised effect chapters from draco’s pov is out ( i think it’s called the reality of want. idk it’s on the authors ao3) and i read them so here are my thoughts
          
          first of all, loved them for obvious reasons; Ada_P_Rix is a genius and her writing style is *chefs kiss* but i thought it was like SUUUUPER dramatic compared to the original erised effect. like the tone shift is so drastic that it kind of caught me off guard. it was sometimes so hard to keep up just because of the EXTENSIVE detail. i did think draco’s thought process was a little unrealistic and extremely dark (fyi this is not necessarily a bad thing) but then again i didn’t write the first book so i had no idea where the author wanted to go with it. also it’s literally fiction so anything can happen. anywayyyys, it was nice to be able to see a little bit of back story and more of the other characters personalities and relationships with draco bc we didn’t really get to experience that the first time around. i’m excited for more chapters to come out!!
