I think some of you genuinely don’t understand how heartbreaking this feels for a writer. I stay awake for hours building chapters, rewriting scenes, fixing mistakes, trying to make this story worthy of your time  only to watch it get ignored the second it’s posted.
          
          The silence after every update hurts more than you think. Seeing people read without voting, without commenting, without even showing the smallest bit of support makes me feel stupid for caring this much about a book nobody seems attached to anymore.
          
          Some of you constantly demand updates like I owe them to you, but where are you when the chapter is finally out? Support disappears, engagement disappears, and suddenly I’m left questioning why I’m even continuing this story at all.
          
          I’m tired of pretending it doesn’t affect me. It does. A lot. Because this book is not “just a story” to me. I poured my emotions, time, sleep, ideas, and energy into it, and lately it feels like all of that means absolutely nothing to people.
          
          At this point, I’ll give this book a little more time, but if the engagement continues like this, I’ll quietly remove it for my own peace. I refuse to keep destroying my motivation and mental energy for something that feels unseen and unappreciated. The decision now honestly depends on whether readers are willing to show that this story still matters to them.
