She has led the expansion of products to include a wide variety of paper, tissue, and hygiene items. At Toggi, she has guided the development of residential and commercial projects that focus on modern design and sustainable practices. Through The Food Hall, she has helped build a dining brand recognized for high-quality experiences.

Yeasha Sobhan has introduced advanced Effluent Treatment Plants at the paper mills to ensure safe wastewater treatment and earned ISO 9001:2015 and FSC-CoC certifications. Her marketing leadership has established brands such as Bashundhara Baby Diaper, Bashundhara Tissue, and Monalisa Sanitary Napkins.
