What is this whole thing about jack vaping? People are saying it was him just fixing his earring or that he was vaping. This whole situation is confusing to me. I mean i don’t really care if he was vaping, because he is 18 and he can pretty much do whatever he wants. The only thing is, I would like to see a picture or video of it so I can be sure what he was doing.
