quick note; this is my first fan fic don't hate me please lol, also this won't completely fit with the  movies , time scales will be different and plots may be changed slightly
  This will also be a long story with many chapters depending on how well it does will result in how long it will be.

y/n is in the end of her 5th year
She is 17 about to turn 18
In this story the school has extra years

The years have been adjusted since writing so if there are any mistakes where it mentions years
Just know y/n is in year 5 going on to year 6

your pov:

I arrived at  Hogwarts last night ,I'm absolutely exhausted, since I was so excited to finally be coming back,  I hadn't slept properly the last few nights.

It felt like it'd been so long since id seen my best friends ... well the few I had, I'm in Slytherin but most Slytherins didn't really bother with me, to be fair I'm quite a quiet person and I prefer to keep to myself anyway, I suppose they just assumed I didn't want them to talk to me.

I had just woke up to Draco stood over my bed pushing me and whisper shouting "Y/N wake up! Wake up! We're going to be late"
Draco Malfoy was my closest friend, he didn't have many close friends but I guess the reason we got along so well is I'm the only one who'll put up with his shit, apart from pansy that is, she always seems to follow us around and she's always overly nice to me and Draco, I'm pretty sure she has a crush on him.
Draco on the other hand is NOT interested in her,I only know that because he's been trying to flirt with me since we first became friends, I love him but I couldn't imagine dating him, he's actually way more sensitive then people think, sometimes it's quite annoying, I know that sounds bad but until you've listened to him talk about how rich his family is and that mud bloods shouldn't be allowed at Hogwarts, on repeat for hours everyday, You wouldn't understand, he gets so angry about it , I've tried talking him down to consider the fact there's nothing wrong with not being a pure blood but it always causes us to argue and fall out so I've given up.

Dracos POV
shes so pretty laying there asleep, I don't want to wake her but we're already late to potions class and I can't be arsed to listen to that grumpy old man speak down to me again.

"WAKE UP Y/N, YOUR'E MAKING US LATE"

Y/N's POV

"Ugh what Time is it" I mumbled still half asleep
"LATE! That's what Time it is , Professor Snape is going to kill us!"
"SHIT!" I panicked pulling my quilt back as fast as I could but without thinking...
I sleep naked ....and Draco is stood right there gorming at me...

"Y/N! WHAT ..I ...WHA..." Draco shrieked, his cheeks turned bright red staring at me

"TURN AROUND YOU PERV" I shouted back panicking

"SOR..SORRY ..WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT WHEN I WAS STOOD THERE YOU IDIOT" Draco screeched back trying to hide his embarrassment as he turned and hid his now glowing cheeks

"Sorry I forgot I sleep naked ...sorry"
God that's awkward what a lovely start to my already bad day I was late to potions and now this ugh.

Time skip to potions class
"Miss L/N ...Mr Malfoy ...care to explain to the rest of the class why you two imbeciles can't even turn up to class at the correct time when every other student managed to do so..." professor Snape seethed at us.
