16- Boys will be boys

Tomorrow was the tournament. Me and Severus had spent a couple hours practicing different spells, but he'd had a lot of lessons to teach meaning we had less time.

I'd just finished my 2nd lesson of the day and was about to go talk to Draco about the Harry situation, we hadn't really hung out much lately so I hadn't had chance to ask him about what happened near our dorms the other night.

"She wouldn't go near you with a 10ft pole you little freak"

"HA and you think she'd like you, Draco the whole school laughs behind ur back!"

"Well at least I have money and parents what do you have? A stupid scar on your greasy little head that merits you the name "the chosen one' haha"

"Is that it, is that all you can bring up everytime we argue, believe it or not Malfoy I'm aware I don't have parents anymore we can thank the monster that WE ALL know your father works for... And actually I do have money, not that it matters!"

"Oh fuck off  potter I swear to Merlin I'll-"

"You'll what ..tell daddy I've made you mad because I like y/n? So what if I like her, you're only mad because you wish she was with you!"

"I just don't want her fooling around with the biggest freak at Hogwarts, it's embarrassing enough for her that you have a crush on the poor girl imagine the embarrassment of actually dating you !"

"HI GUYS!"  Best stop the argument now

"Y/n"    "y/n!"

"What're you two up to?"

"Nothing- oh hey y/n my dad said you could come sleep over again soon if you want ?" He looked towards Harry as he emphasised 'again' thinking I didn't know what he was doing

Harry sneered at him

"I dunno Draco, I'm busy a lot at the moment it after all the tournaments are over- sure I'll come stay over"

"Oh yeah forgot about that, you scared for tomorrow?"

"A little...how you holding up Potter?"

"I'm fine, Neville said he'll help me out with something for breathing underwater, so I'm just hoping he'll get back to me on that soon"

"Oh good!"

"Come on y/n let's go!"

"Bye Harry"

"Bye y/n!"

"Really Draco, I heard ALL of that by the way - you can't seriously be fighting over the fact he likes me!?"

"W-we-well I'm NOT , I was just looking for an excuse to have ago at the little rat -you know i hate him!- that was just an excuse is all ..."

"Right ....anyways how are you ?"

"I'm fine ...How are you?"

"I'm great actually, I'm SOOoo ready for Tomorrow"

"Malfoy...."
It's Severus....

"Yes Professor??"

"You're needed by Professor Dumbledore in his office - quick off you go now"
