“Colleen's POV”
I want to release my frustration seriously. And yes I wanted to run again but it's nowhere to go. And duh?! Bakit ako magtatago? Wala naman akong ginawa! I sigh.
"What's with that look Colleen? I feel like you were up to something again."
Aaron just glance at me and continue to brows his phone. I pout and stare at him.
"Can't you just play with me? You are no fun dude. Argh kairita!"
"What is it? I bet it is about your lover boy. What is the name?"
I just make face to him. Ano ba 'tong nararamdaman ko? Ewan, hindi ko maipaliwanag. One thing is for sure, I am frustrated. Why? Naalala ko yung nangyari last week. Somehow parang ayoko na muna dumalaw kina Levi.
*phone ring*
Aaron look at me so I mouthed 'what?'
"Should I answer it for you?" Then glance at my phone.
Oh it's mine.
*On call*
"Hello?"
"Colleen..."
"Levi? Wait why is your voice---"
"Can you come here? Angel is sick and I don't know what to do. She keep calling your name."
"Where are you?"
"At ***** hospital."
"Okay coming."
*Call ended*
"Now you were leaving." Tinaasan niya ako ng kilay.
"Aaron it's an emergency." I pout.
"Remember we have a lot of projects so take your time for now."
Hinilot niya ang kaniyang sintido at umirap sa ere.
"You are the best! Mwa!"
I gave him a flying kiss and he just sigh and smile. I quickly walk. Maybe Aaron change? I dunno what change him?
As I open the door bumungad sa akin si Levi na karga ang sanggol habang nakatingin kay Angel sa bed. Lumapit ako sa kaniya.
"Colleen..." Parang tinusok ang puso ko nang makita ko sa mga mata niya kung gaano siya nahihirapan.
I carry the baby and smile at him.
"Shh. You will be fine. Kamusta na si Angel? Ano ba ang nangyari?"
Sinabunutan niya ang kaniyang ulo habang nakaupo. Umaalog ang balikat niya, I know he is crying. I know it's rare to see men cry, they hide their feelings as long as they can. It's like they have a big ego but duh? For me those who can cry or express their feelings are the strongest one. But ofcourse it depends if it is sincere, yes.
Lalo pa at pamilyado na siya tapos Hannah passed also, I just can't imagine how huge his burden is. But I want to stay beside him.
