The next morning
"Your up early" I say to Dyme coming out the restroom
"Yea well we're artist now I gotta get my day started, there's a studio session today." She said sitting up rubbing her eyes .
"Ok give me deeds"
"What?" She ask and I give her a blank stare
"No you should've went" she says laughing
"Dymeeee"
"Ok ok sit" she says and I sit excitedly
"It was the biggest party I've been to"
"No surprise how were the people?" I ask
"Their stuck up selves some of them were cool..like Brett" she says and I laugh
"Michael was really cool." She says
"Really?" I ask
"Yeaa he is not Tariq" she says and I laugh
"Yea we got compliments all night people were looking for you . Zendaya spoke to us-"
"What?" I cut her off
"Yea you didn't check your phone last night we were trending.." she says
"No I kinda just fell right to sleep" I say
"Right s-"
"Myles" I cut her off
"I told him I was coming"
"It's ok we covered for you.. well Jada and I
did. Lyric, yea I don't know if she didn't get the concept at the dinner or after the awards but she was being really thirsty at the party." She says and I rolled my eyes
"Apparently you can't call dibs on a guy especially an industry guy." Dyme says and I shake my head
"Whatever I have a career to build up. Anybody hit on you last night?" I ask and she shows me her phone
"What?" I semi yell
"Shhh" she says
"I can't believe you" I say
"Don't get jealous" she says
"Oh whatever" I say laughing grabbing my things .
"I gotta go imma be late" I say
"Hey your coming to the studio session right?"
"Yea I'll meet y'all there. 1:00 right? Love ya tell everyone bye for me." I say walking out the door . When I get out side the car is waiting on me I get in and we head to my class.
"Hey Albert don't wait for me luv . Pick the girls up for their session I'll meet them there."
"Yes ma'am" he says and I get out .
As I wait for Mrs.Diane to finish up her class I check my social media and we are indeed trending . Even though the whole group thing is fun, I still feel like I haven't accomplished much. Acting is my thing and I wanted this to be taken serious before the whole singing thing . Everyone is growing to love the artist me . I hope they can respect the actress me a little bit more . I reply to a couple of comments, watch some stories, than look at my dms and Myles texted.
