*** Time Gap (5 months later)
"Hope you all got sum sleep because we are on our way to the label forrrr a 3 hour rehearsal." Chole says .
After the interview everyone sorta parted ways. I still took my classes but Chole broke her back trying to keep our names out there we even dropped a few tracks that did kinda well . Jada and I decided to home school and graduate considering how busy our schedules were getting plus it's the end of the year . We traveled to Atlanta for business. Luckily in the district we're in, we get a week off every month. That's why the other girls were able to make it .
"3 hours" Dyme says
"Label?" I follow behind
"Yea midtown, I have a meeting going over your contacts they're letting you use the studio for rehearsal"
"Midtown?" Dyme says
"Contracts?!" I say
"Yea we'll talk about it in the car, I'm gonna be late chop chop." She says and we follow behind her .
"Ok going along with this group thing is one thing but getting signed..no I'm already signed to your agency no way."
"Midtown heard your single andddd I played the CEO a track he would like to set yours up with some producers and make you a priority ".
"We agreed after the teens choice awards thing I was going to chill with the music thing."
"Yes and I'm a rapper I have shows" Jada explains
"This can boost your career and you can be the left eye of the group."
"Oh wow" Jada says
"I think it's a good idea" lyric says
"Yea me too" Morgyn follows
"This could be a win for all of us." Dyme says and I chuckle rolling my eyes .
"I'm in I'll record with you guys but I'm NOT signing, I refuse to be under all these contacts . Y'all sign as a group and I hop on the tracks as and independent artist
"I'll see if that could work." Chole says
"Good"
We arrive to Midtown and The assistant leads us to the choreography room. I throw my bag down and everyone else takes their jackets off getting ready.
"Alright let's line up." I say
"Umm lyric could you press play" I say when the music starts Morgyn leads the dance to our unreleased single sleepless and we start following . After she lays out the choreography we do the dance step by step and then speed it up to see if we all have it down.
"Ok ok it looks good Hami your a little slow on the last few steps again!" She says starting the music over
"Ok girls I have some contracts for you." Chole says walking in
"Cool" Lyric says walking up to her
"Uh let me see it" Chole says and we all fall in line going over the dance again .
"Yes this is hot now I just gave to work in getting you a performance slot" she say
"Performance?" Dyme says
"Yes I'm trying to work a little magic" she says and we all get exited hugging and jumping around in joy .
Chole *coughs* "be professional there's a sound check two days before the show so we're gonna keep rehearsing and y'all are expected to hit the studio twice a week until a mix tape ep or something is dropped.." she says handing them their contracts
"Yours is being looked over and re-illustrated finish up and meet me in the car . " she says to us . After rehearsal we head back to the crib.
