I smile reading Myles comment . There are so many more and I am in total shock . With a blink of an eye I get a repost from Elijah Kelly . This is crazy I say to myself . I call Dyme and get dressed .
"Yo this is crazy I gained like 2000 followers over night ." She says
"Yea I gained some too." I says putting on my shoes .
"Girl your going to class after this just happend?"
"This doesn't mean anything Dyme. People liked what they seen that's all."
"I think your selling yourself a little short ." She says and I get a call from my agent . Actually my potential agent .
"Hey my agent is calling." I say answering the phone
"Hamisi you are blowing up girl ." She says and I laugh shaking my head
"My client went viral off of a talent show performance this is great." She says
"Your client?" I say
"ABC wants to interview y'all." She says
"What?!" I ask
"Yes" She says
"How? Why?" I ask
"Neat video, it caught eyes, and they need someone to showcase the youth on their channel.
"When?" I ask
"It's scheduled for next week ." She says
"Oh...ok" I say
"This could be a good look, I could get you booked see you at the agency." She says hanging up.
I don't even call the girls and tell them. I tell my mom I'm ready . I grab her keys and wait in the car, as I'm waiting I decide to check my dm. I got a text from Myles telling me the video was dope I simply tell him thank you. When my mom gets in the car I tell her about he video and she's supper excited for me .
"Yeaa I'm just pretty shocked." I say
"Use this." She says and I nod taking everything in . Halfway to the agency I get a call from Morgyn .
"Bet wants to interview you." She says
"What about y'all?" I ask
"They used the email in my bio which is my dance coach and they want the girl with the big idea... but girl don't worry about us this is big ." She says
"Actually my agent called earlier and told me ABC wanted to interview us ."
"What?!" She screamed, I pulled the phone away from my ear
"Yes"
Why didn't you say anything?"
"I don't know , this stuff is just hitting me and happening kinda fast ."
