After an hour of discussion, the boys had crafted their plan, and just in time. Right as the boys had reviewed the scheme one more time and checked for any loose ends, Beakley knocked at their door:

"Dinner's ready boys", the housekeeper said, beginning to trod back downstairs to the dining room.

"Alright, everyone remember what to do?" Huey asked, opening the bedroom door.

"Yeeesss, we do, now let's go down and eat", Louie grumbled. "You really should trust us more".

"This scheme could determine who is our sister in-law, Louie. We've gotta take it seriously", Huey said, contradicting his statement by letting out a small giggle.

"Hey!" Dewey yelled. "Not cool man! You are thinking way to far ahead!"

"True, but it doesn't seem like you're denying it", Louie laughed, joining in on the fun.

"Uggghghhgh", Dewey groaned, walking out the door with blazing red cheeks. "Let's just go eat dinner."

                          *********************

The boys entered the dining room to see a feast laid out upon the table, along with the rest of the family. As Dewey walked over to his usual seat between Webby and Huey, he couldn't help but blush. In a matter of hours, even minutes, he could be expressing how he feels towards her. And, when pairing that with the fact that Webby looked absolutely adorable (that's Dewey's mind), he was lucky that he hadn't passed out already.

      "Hey Dewey!" Webby greeted cheerfully

"Hi, W-Webs", Dewey stuttered, having to force every single word out of his mouth.

"How are you?" the girl asked, interested to see how her best friend was doing.

"Oh, I-I'm great. Yerp. Totally great. Definitely not planning an elaborate scheme to-" Dewey cut himself off, realizing what he had said.

"Uhm, Dewey, what are you talking about?"

"Something that is totally irrelevant and definitely does not involve you", Dewey said, mentally face palming himself the second he did so.

      "Okay you weirdo", Webby giggled.

What the heck are you doing Dewey? You nearly blew it already! Get your act together!

As dinner carried on, Dewey and Webby continued to converse, and with each word that came out of Webby's mouth, Dewey became more and more nervous.

All you have to do is get through dinner, then you can set the plan into action.

"Dewey. Earth to Dewey", Webby called out, and from the tone of her voice, Dewey could tell that she had been asking for a while.

"Sorry Webs, just zoned out for a second".

"More like a year", Webby teased. "Anyways, I was just wondering if you wanted to watch a movie tonight. I was thinking something like Elf or A Christmas Carol, but it doesn't really matter, as long as you're there", Webby said, a slight blush dusting her cheeks.

"Oh, uhm, wh-whatever you want to watch", Dewey stuttered. "But before we do that, I've gotta show you something".

"Okay. Are you done with your food?"
