I sat at the stairs and noticed that the puppy was bleeding from its ankle and i looked down at my body and saw blood trailing down from my stomach and right between my thighs. I sighed wistfully before tearing my shirt and wrapping it around the puppy's leg before tying it tight with a shoelace. The dog whimpered whenever i moved it so i guess she was in a lot of pain. I finished my walk upstairs before lowering the puppy in a corner in my room. I then got a small bucket with warm water to wash off the blood on it. I began to gently wipe its fur so it would feel clean before turning and wiping my thighs. I then walked to my bag and got an old sweater and lay in the box as i gently placed the puppy in the soft makeshift bed. Arrrggghhh i sooo didn't think this through. Am never being generous again.
My stomach grumbled and i remembered that the puppy also had to be fed. I slowly walked down the steps and got a tupperwire of leftover steak and rice before warming it. I grabbed a water bottle and immediately turned and walked straight into the wall. I groaned and began to go up the stairs to my room and found the puppy sitting in the box. It began wagging its tail.
"Well aren't you just a ray of sunshine." i bent down and ate 4 forks of food before laying it infront of the dog.
"I guess am calling you Rae huh?"
It looked at me before continuing to eat. I dragged the box closer to my bed before passing out immediately.

I woke up with Rae curled on my stomach. I slowly sat up to find myself covered and my clothes were changed. Rae sat up and began to lick my face. I calmed her down enough to open the bandage on its leg. The wound was so long but not too deep. I tied it back up and threw my legs off the bed to go downstairs to get a snack. I heard faint footsteps meaning Rae was following me. It was like 4 am so you can imagine my shock when i saw Blake and Lucas walk through the patio door. The latter holding the former up. I made eye contact with Lucas who just shrugged a. I heard a baby growl behind me and i remembered Rae. I crotched down and held my hands out. She ran into my arms and began to lick my face. I then lifted her up and placed her on the island counter. She began to make a night snack for both of them before sitting at the island.
Soon Lucas walked back into the kitchen with prominent wounds on his knuckles and a first aid kit. Rae immediately growled at him. I patted her head making her relax and go back to eating. Lucas sat right next to me before showing me his knuckles and placing a first aid box infront of me.
"They say when a girl does it,it feels better." he said before pouting childishly. I rolled my eyes and carefully wiped his knuckles with antiseptic.
He winced once in a while, but otherwise he was quiet. Once i was done i packed everything up and pushed the box back to him before returning to my sandwich. Which was gone!!??! I looked at Rae who was practically glaring daggers at Lucas who ate more than half my sandwich before placing it infront of me. He smirked as he chewed slowly before cleaning his lips and feigning innocence. I sighed before turning to walk upstairs. I really don't want to see him at school tomorrow.
