THE MYSTERY MANSION -A skase fan fiction {Completed }

1.𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄 𝐁𝐄𝐆𝐈𝐍𝐒

The dock is bustling with the activity on the morning of the trip to Gracebourne mansion. Skye has only reached the dock and wonder Everest, her best friend isn't there yet.

She looks around for everest but instead, spot Sweetie the girl she recently unfriended. And of course, sweetie is the last person in the planet that skye wants to see.

Skye : sweetie , what are you doing here?

Sweety : heading to gracebourne mansion, duh!to spend a luxurious week with chase.... wait, don't tell me... you're coming to the island too?

Skye : yes, sweetie... chase invited me.

Sweetie : oh, this is just great! Like my worst nightmare coming true.

Skye : oh please, the sight of you makes me want to pluck my eyes out sweetie...

Just then skye was interrupted by a familiar face.

Everest : Hi! How are you girls doing? Aren't you excited?

Skye : I'm so psyched !  yaaaaayyyy....

Everest : haha... awesome ! I'm so glad your parents finally let you go...

Skye : there was  no way they were stopping me.

Once on the yacht, a member  of the crew shows skye and everest to their private room.

Skye : everest, you know... its quite apparent that you've liked marshall for a while now.

Everest : well, yeah.... he's.... funny...

Skye : and pretty darn cute too....

Everest : yaa... i mean... that too...

Skye : OMG! Everest,  you look like a walking tomato..

Suddenly they hear some excited voices coming outside their room. They both get on the deck and see a bunch of their other classmates sitting around, some looking worried. Skye and everest approach them.

Skye : hey chase, what's happening?

Chase : skye, everest... there you are...

Everest : what's going on?

Chase : oh, uh... I'm not sure to be honest.

Marshall : well, well,, hello there my lovelies!

Everest : oh marshall, didn't see u there... what's all the commotion about?

Marshall points over the railing. And now all can see what the commotion is all about. The horizon is covered in a blanket of darkness and the yacht is heading straight to it.

Rocky : look, there's a storm brewing....

Skye : oh my god!

Zuma : and it looks like its going to be bad at that too.

Sweetie : A storm?  What are we going to do?

Sweetie grabs chase's arm and skye grit through her teeth seeing that. But chase takes back his arms.

Rocky : skye,  are you okay?

Skye : yes rocky... I'm fine..

Rubble : it must be too late to turn the yacht around.

Rocky : yeah the storm is coming fast. Its probably better to get to the island.

Skye smiles at rocky, realizing how confident he is. The others start to panic as the yacht moves closer to the impending storm.

Chase : don't worry everyone. We're going to be fine.

The first plops of rain begin to fall......

Zuma : uh,  guys... maybe we should take the cover.

Skye : that's probably a good idea.

Rubble : let's go then..

In less than a minute, the rain has intensified... its probably pouring cats and dogs...

Chase :Nobody panic! Let's just head inside.

Just as then  chase takes skye's hand, skye notices the composed look on the captain's face.

Skye's thoughts : wait! how can anyone be so relaxed when the clouds are swirling in such a sinister manner?
