Melody: Hey there, Ranger Squad! It's Director Melody speaking! Welcome to Part 2 of "Tournament for the South Area" Side Story! I know you guys have been waiting for this to happen, and it's finally happening, Ranger Squad Members and Readers!
Melody: Before we begin, I just wanna say thank you so much for reading and supporting the entire TNBS series! I may not have done without the support from many and pulled through with this entire thing. 2020 may have been a difficult year for us, including myself and the author, but with the help of writing she was able to make sure to keep herself distracted from all that's happening.
Melody: Even if she may have downside of getting into her moods, but she'll get back and pull through with some of the things that have been happening this year. 2020 was the year that the author really opened up for creative ideas and many more.
Melody: So I thank you for that and I know that the author feels the same too! But enough of that -- let's get into the second part now, shall we?
Melody: B-Shots! Ready! Aim -- Fireblast and Action!

~Location: The Island; Event: B-Master Tournament for the South Area
The preliminary round has begun and all of the players were going through the forest area to earn some points by hitting the Break Ball or stand-alone targets with their corresponding colors and amount of points. Some of the players were going through the other parts of the forest and earning more points than the other players.
Like Kirika and Novu, they are both skilled B-Shots and their skills were earning a lot of points to their score. Alongside Kohana and Shiro, the Angel Goddesses of Fire and Water themselves, earning some points through finding the stand-alone targets and a few Break Ball points off the bat.
But with many more other players, some may still have a chance to catch up with the best of the best B-Shots in the Crossfire community. Of course, there were some that feel a bit intimidated by the other B-Shots that were mostly recognized by the WBMA, but they made sure that they won't get in the way of getting their own points.

"Welcome, everyone to the Preliminary Round of the B-Master Tournament for the South Area!" B-Shot Ryu states to the viewers. "For my first guest, I'll be having Miss Rory Takakura with me for this one. Miss Rory, who do you think is going to move through with the Quarter Finals?"
"Well, without the B-Masters participating in this tournament, I think that Kohana and Ember Aries, and Shiro and Sting Gorgon both have a good chance of making it into the next round." Rory responds as a picture of Kohana and Shiro with their B-Daman partners appear behind the booth.
"Anyone else, aside from the girls?"
"Novu and Force Dragren have also been impressive at the start of the round. I am also placing my bet on Kirika and Swarming Holly as well, with their newfound of strategy to outsmart the other players in earning more points to their score. Aside from that, there are so many B-Shots participating in this tournament, but there is one player in particular I kind of have my eye on."

"If they're able to make it through to the next round, then I can't wait to see them against one of the best B-Shots from the WBMA."
Within a different part of the forest, mostly away from some of the other players, one B-Shot was walking around and gaining points with every corner they turn and every marble they were firing.
"Question: are you keeping score with our points in this round?" They ask their partner.
"My apologies... I wasn't keeping score, but I have a feeling that we are making through a lot of points from the other B-Shots..."
