"You still cheated," I said to Liam as we walked out of the ocean.

He held his hands up in defense. "You were just slower than me." Yeah, because he stole my surfboard and then tipped me over when I was about to catch a really good wave.

I rolled my eyes at him and then kicked some sand in his face.

"Ow!" He said wiping sand out of his eyes. "No need to play dirty." Then, under his breath, "Sore loser."

I crossed my arms and stomped my foot like they do in the movies and then walked away from him.

"Wait! Cassandra! Cassie!" He grabbed my shoulder and turned me around. "You know I didn't mean it," he said with a half-smile on him face.

I gave him a hug to make it less awkward between us. He really had changed on tour, but he was still my best friend.

I punched him in the arm. "That's for cheating. Come on, let's go tan."

We both laid out our towels and I sighed. "Usually it's very hard to get a tan in England." I held my arms, which were starch white, in front of me for emphasis. "It looks like you got dark in Spain or America or wherever you were."

He laughed. "That happens."

I rolled over and then picked up my magazine that I brought along with me. It was Seventeen and I laughed when I opened it up. "Look, they have an article on you guys in here."

"Shut up." He started laughing his head off. "We always have fun with those interviews. What does this one say? 'Typical things Liam looks for in a girl! Does he match up with you?'" He mimicked.

I looked at his section and quickly glanced over it. "Actually, yes." Handing him the magazine he read through the article and nodded his head.

"Partially accurate."

"I could have told you that," I said sarcastically.

Putting on my shades, I laid back to take a quick nap, but Harry came running up to us. He had a kind of panicked look on his face and I instantly sat back up.

"What is it?" Liam demanded.

"P-Paul said that we need to leave-now." He said out of breath.

"Why?" I said with disappointment. We just got here! Why would we leave? I have a lot of catching up to do with Liam.

Harry pointed up to the sky. "Because of that," he said to the ominous grouping of dark clouds that I hadn't noticed before.

I swore under my breath. "But we can go hang out somewhere else, right?"

Harry shook his head. "Paul said that this storm could delay our flight, and we're on a tight schedule."

My heart felt like it deflated and I hugged myself.

Quietly, I said, "You're leaving so soon?" I had to fight to keep my voice steady and I felt a stinging behind my eyes.

Liam gave me a hug. "We'll visit again; we always do! Come on, we can still go hang out at your house for a bit."

I graciously smiled at him and then gave him a big hug. Harry coughed behind us so we quickly grabbed our things and ran into the limo.

Louis looked out of the window and sighed. "It already started raining."

Niall groaned. "The one thing I didn't miss when we were on tour was the weather." He then smiled as if remembering some amazing adventure from when they were gone.

Zayn was texting on his phone and then quickly looked at his reflection. "I should probably put on more hair wax. I'm going to go meet Perrie after this."
