Chapter 2

CHAPTER 2:

I rolled out my towel and took off my cover-up. Liam forgot to grab something from the limo, so he went back to retrieve it.

I had just lay down and popped on my sunglasses when Niall came running up to me.

“Where’s Liam?” He asked.

I looked up at him and shrugged my shoulders. “He went back to get something.”

“Well when he comes back, tell him I’m hungry.”

“You’re always hungry,” cried Harry who was building a great sand replica of a pussy cat.

Niall blushed. “That’s not true.”

Harry just stared at him. “Dude, do not deny your purpose in life. You eat.” Then Harry happily ignored us and began to play with his kitty sand sculpture.

“I have some food in here, if you want,” I said digging into my bag.

He made funny hand motions. “Oh no, that’s okay.”

I laughed and handed him a sandwich. “It’s honestly fine. I destroyed your food, and I’m not hungry anyways. Oh, and could you please rub my back with sunscreen? I forgot to.” He greedily took the sandwich and then ran away to eat it.

That was one odd kid.

“I can rub your back, sugar.” Said Harry, appearing out of nowhere.

I flinched and scooted my over a little. “No, that’s okay. I need a tan anyways.”

He gave me a blank look. “I was offering to rub your back, not prevent you from receiving a tan.”

I pushed him away from me.

“Liam!” I shouted as he was returning. “Harry’s bothering me!”

Liam made a tisking noise and shooed him away.

“Don’t make me tell Paul on you,” he threatened.

Harry stuck out his tongue and then ran into the ocean to join Louis.

“Sorry it took me so long,” he said. “I forgot my laptop. I promised my fans that I would do a follow spree today.”

I looked at him with a confused face. “Are you really Liam James Payne, my best friend?” I poked him in the face for emphasis.

“Yes,” he said poking me in the stomach. “And I always keep my promises.”

I rolled my eyes. “Sunblock me.” I threw the bottle at his face, but the lid was off so it squirted everywhere.

I laughed up a storm, but Liam made a cute angry face and then began to relax. He calmly picked up the bottle and then squirts it in my hair and all over my face. I screamed.

“Liam, this is a new bikini! What if you got sunscreen on it?”

“What if you got sunscreen on my laptop? It’s new.”

“Touché.”

I grabbed the bottle and decided to put sunscreen on myself, waited a few minutes, and then decided to go into the ocean.

“Did you get a chance to practice surfing?” I asked him.

He grinned. “You bet I did. Last one to catch a wave is a rotten egg!”

We kept pushing each other, but Liam being the faster runner, grabbed both of the surfboards and swam out into the ocean while I stayed on the shoreline.

I waved my arms around like a maniac. “No fair! You cheated,” I protested.

“‘NO!’ JIMMY PROTESTED!” Shouted Louis, nearly causing me to have a mini heart attack.

“Are you insane?”

He took a carrot stick out of his wetsuit and began to munch on it. “Why would you assume that?”

I motioned my arms over his body.

“Well, I was going to offer you my surfboard to even out the odds, but since you think I’m insane...”

I stomped my foot. “Fine. You’re awesome, Louis Tomlinson. Keep up whatever you are doing.”

“You too, Casandra.”

But I didn’t hear him because I was already out in the waves.

A/N: Sorry for the short chapter and long update! I try to update as much as I can, but I have TONS of homework to work on so I hardly have the time :\ And it’s very late right now, but I promised my sweet follower that I would update today, so that is why it’s kind of short.
