Shakily Cassandra stood up and walked towards the door.
"Can you two please get out?" She asked, gesturing for them to leave. "I need to change."
Liam squeazed her arm and looked into her eyes. "Are you sure you don't want me to stay behind the curtain or something?" He glanced at Paul and then looked back at her. "I'll go look for some torches."
As soon as they walked out Cassandra shut the door and quickly tried to change. Don't look in the mirrior, she said. Try not to panic.
She yanked on her pants, but the pant leg got stuck and she called out before she fell on her face. A feeling of claustraphobia overwhelmed her as she imagined the walls closing in while she was enclosed in darkness.
She felt around for her other items of clothing in the darkness and felt relief when she grabbed her top. Just as Cassie was about to leave the bathroom, she felt a tickling on her leg and screamed.
"Spider! Spider! Get it off of me!!" She slapped at her leg hysterically and was jumping around the bathroom in hope of getting it off. "Help me!"
Footsteps came from the hallway and the door was slammed open. A torch shined in her face and Cassie winced at the sudden brightness.
"What is it? What's wrong?" Demanded Harry. He pulled her out of the bathroom and into the hallway.
Cassie whimpered and looked down at her leg. There wasn't anything there. Without asking, she grabbed the torch from Harry and shined it over everything in the bathroom. There wasn't a spider in sight. She took deep breaths and didn't make eye contact with Harry.
"Sorry, I thought I saw something." She handed back the torch and leaned against the wall.
"Saw what?" Asked Harry, with a mischiveous grin on his face.
"Nothing," Cassie retorted. "There was nothing."
Harry rolled his eyes and let the subject drop. "So Liam said you were afraid of the dark."
Cassie's mouth went wide open. "I most certainly am not."
Harry turned off his torch and immediately Cassie took a step closer to Harry before she could stop herself from doing something. Harry one, Cassandra zero.
"I should do this more often," Harry teased as Cassie grabbed his arm. "I never knew anyone could actually be afraid of the dark. How do you sleep?"
"Harry, stop teasing her." Liam was holding a candle and his eyebrows were furrowed.
"Can't we open up a window or something to add some light?" Cassie shakily asked.
Liam shook his head.
"Negative. If we open any windows, the wind will become a mini tornado in your house. It's also pouring rain outside and there isn't much light outside anyways."
Cassie sighed but accepted the truth. "Well I guess you guys are staying the night. Maybe we should all just get to bed.
Harry looked like he hadn't heard a better idea in his life and nodded his head. "Where can I sleep?"
"Well, I don't have too many rooms so you'll have to share. There's a room down the hall and on the right that you can sleep in."
Harry laughed. "Dibs on Lou."
"Keep it G Rated," Liam called out. Harry waved him off and went to collect his items before searching for his room.
Cassie and Liam walked into the kitchen together to find the rest of the band. The rest boys were sitting on the counters and looking through Cassie's food. Niall was digging through her refrigerator, but she let it slide since the food would go bad soon if it wasn't eaten now that the power wasn't working.
