Hero

I'm so fucking tired and I can't wait to arrive to the hotel to relax a little bit after that long ass flight. I'm in a cab on my way there and my my phone won't stop ringing with all of the messages that Anna is sending me. The scenery is beautiful, the sun is shining and I'm already sweating in my trackies but aside from that, everything's okay.

I also saw the picture of Josephine, my co-star. She seems nice and pretty but I'm a bit bothered that Julia was fired because we were becoming friends with all of this chaos.

Anyways, Anna told me that she was nice and a really good actress so I think that we can have a pretty good professional relationship if we don't end up friends. I'm hoping to have at least a bit of chemistry with her so that our on-screen love story can seem at least enjoyable to watch.

The taxi driver put old music on and I have to admit that I'm not enjoy any bit of the drive. My day has been so shitty so far and it just keeps getting worst as the day goes by. First, I got home late last night because the boys wanted to throw me a 'Goodbye Party' before I leave. Second, my flight was being delayed but at the last minute the plane got to Heathrow being only ten minutes late. Third, an old couple was talking really loud in my ears for almost the totality of the flight.

In the end I feel happy to finally be in the US because I don't think I could have stand hearing about their happy wedding and their tips to "catch girls". I don't need those, I could find myself a nice London girl that Mum would approve of anytime.

"We're here sir. Thirty-six dollars please."

I quickly looks into my wallet, give the man the money he deseres and get out of the car to take my suitcases in the trunk.

"Hero ! Hero !"

I turn around and spot Anna waving on the other side of the street in front of the hotel. I smile at her and grab my two suitcases to join her on the pavement. Once I'm near her, she takes me into her arm and tells me how happy she is to see me.

"Come in I'm going to how you your room."

We go to reception and ask for my digital card, that the man happily gives us before he goes back to reading his book about astronomy. I take in my surroundings and see how beautiful is the hotel. The wall are ornated with light brown bricks and the ceiling is so high that I don't een see the end. There are so many windows and doors, it looks like a pretty maze with a curved sofa and some armchairs in the middle of the entrance.

We make our way to the fourth floor where every bedroom for the cast is. I spot mine and Anna shows me that she has the room next to it. When I enter the bedroom, I see that a queen size double bed with a massive black headboard is sitting in the middle of the room with a telly facing it. There is a door to my left and I take a look at the simple yet classy bathroom with a big walk-in shower and a toilet and sink.

"I'm going to leave you alone since Jo hasn't arrived yet and don't forget our diner tonight at 8."

I nod and tell her goodbye before collapsing on my bed, too tired to do anything, really.

I wake up at 7:59pm and rush to go downstairs. I grab my hat and phone before heading to the entrance where everyone must be waiting for me. I am proved wrong when Anna tells me that we are still waiting for Jo to arrive in the lobby.

I meet some of the producers and Jenny Gage's husband, Thomas, since they'll both be directors for this movie. I begin to speak with Anna about my broken laptop when we hear a thick accent.
