If you have been accepted into this award and your username was posted onto the 'Official judges and participants' list and your user has not been mentioned in our chapters something is wrong.
Judging has finally begun and everyone's users must've been mentioned at least once.
Please inform username changes along with book title changes.
We have judges whose usernames are being found missing and unavailable along with contestants whose books are not being found due to username changes.
Please, I cannot stress this enough, inform us when you do this.
If you are a judge or contestant of any category in this award book, check the judging chapters of the category you applied in to see if a) your user has been mentioned b) if it's correct and c) if it needs correcting.
