It's been six months since I've found my mate so she's due to be going in heat within the next couple of days. I'm going to wrap it up as we're not ready to have any pups yet and y/n is still finishing her studies. Lately, the guys working patrols have caught scents of vampires coming very close to our territory. I warned the pack to be vigilant just in case. You never know with those blood suckers.
As my warriors, third, beta and I were in a meeting, I heard a howl of danger making us all immediately shoot out of our chairs and into the back shifting as soon was we stepped foot into the yard.
"Y/n, get all of the women, elderly, and children into safe house as quick as you can. Including you" I mind linked her.
We saw the flashes of figures passing by us as he strategically crowded around them. I let out the starting howl as my pack charged at the invaders. Growls were heard in the air as the smell of rotten blood filled our noses.
As the numbers of vampires began to dwell down there was a loud whimper. My head snapped over to were I saw my MATE being thrown into a tree carelessly. I dangerous growl erupted out of me as I stepped forwards the figure. Y/n's black wolf got up and the two circled each other.
"Y/n I told you to go into the safe house! What are you doing out here?" I linked here.
"You know y/n. If I were to get rid of you, your precious mate Justin would be all mine. I could have his pups that would be hybrids as we all know that they are the most powerful" the girl sneered.
Y/n growled grinding her teeth together. The tips of her fur glowed orange and red emitting a strong bright light that made it hard to look at her. When the girl went to touch her you saw a large burn.
"You can threaten my life but never let Justin's name come out of your mouth ever again! Don't touch my mate! I will kill you!" Y/n seethed.
A bright ray of orange shot towards the girl as y/n's anger slowly died down. As it retracted all that was left was a pile of white ashes. y/n trotted over to me wrapping herself around me as if it were for protection.
She nuzzled my fur licking all over, "Your mine. My mate. My Justin. I'll have your pups, only me" she chanted and growled.
"Yours baby, all yours" I stated.
She hummed at my words and continued circling me for awhile until she stopped and laid her head on my back.
The rest of the day, y/n would let out a low growl at any woman who would come to close to me. She's possessive and I love absolutely love it as much as I love her.
